Ensure all project documentation is accurate and compliant with Industry standards and company policies, and provide regular updates to management.

Commodity & Supplier Strategies, Preparing Bid list for programs RFQ handling, Sourcing on time, Price Estimation & Settlement, Contract Execution, Engineering change management, SOP pricing including spare parts, PO release & Supplier operational issue resolution, Ongoing cost increase management, Benchmarking, Design to cost activities, Value Engineering, Ongoing cost performance management and PPAP / capacity planning support.

JD : Plan, execute, monitor and control all the assigned projects till its formal closure thru structured project management methodology aligned to the project goals and objectives. Liaison with cross functional teams across the organization at various levels and build smooth relationships and confidence to ensure that the projects are executed smoothly and assigned deliverables are met. MIS reports on a periodic basis (as defined from time to time) about projects progress and health with clear and concise. Supporting team members to achieve their deliverables thru Liaison with appropriate members.Visiting project execution locations / sites / suppliers to review and monitor the real time project progress and implement course corrections to keep the project on track. Mapping processes, procedures, methodologies, formats /structures for the performance enhancement of the own function and making suggestions in business process improvements to enable effective delivery of projects.
