Remote Monitoring Unit (RMU) facilitates wireless connectivity for the devices/machines that does not inherently possess wireless capability. Remote Controlled Street Light acquires data from the host device via RS232/RS485 protocols and relays it to a web application via GPRS. The solution is extended with a feature rich web application to remotely monitor and analyze the data from the host devices/machines
